- Call to Order from Chair Rene Hamlin
- Minutes
Andrea White made a motion to adopt the draft minutes from November, 2015. Bonnie Domeny seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.

- Treasurer’s Report
No balance was reported for the BRECA account.It was agreed that the budget committee would meet in the first week of January, 2016.

- Newsletter
Jim Morgan stated that the Newsletter has been mailed out. Gay Jones noted that the Fire District phone number should be 859-4300. Rene Hamlin stated that she wanted some review of the Newsletter before it goes out, possibly the text.Jim Morgan stated that the expenses for the Newsletter exceeded the budget by a small amount. He made a motion to increase the budget to $202. Gay Jones seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.
- Dates for Next Year’s Events
Rene Hamlin stated that she would like to get dates for the coming year’s events. Some of the dates were scheduled as follows:- Easter Egg Hunt: March 20
- Begin Steering Committee Elections: March 22
- General Meeting: April 26
- Bark in the Park: August?
- Potluck Picnic: September 25 (?)
- December Steering Committee meeting: December 20
- By-Laws Review
Rene Hamlin stated that there had not yet been a meeting of the By-Laws Review Committee. She commented that people should get proposed changes together. - POP Officer Letters
Bonnie Domeny stated that she agreed with Jim Morgan’s proposed changes to the POP (Problem Oriented Policing) letter regarding the Alcosta Way problem house. Lori Christensen stated that she had not yet seen the draft letter, and would appreciate a couple of days for review. This was agreed to. - From the Floor
Gay Jones commented on a number of organizational actions that should be taken. These included changing the second bank account signature to Rene Hamlin, getting a copy of the mailbox key for Andrea White, getting a copy of the membership list to Rene Hamlin, and considering what to do with three boxes of BRECA archive materials that she would like to get rid of. It was suggested that an inventory of records would be helpful.

- Complete Streets Master Plan for Folsom Blvd.
Kelly Cohen stated that there will be a public meeting concerning the Complete Streets Master Plan for Folsom Blvd. tomorrow night at the library. Gay Jones commented that Supervisor Nottoli will be there. Jim Morgan asked whether this is a continuation of meetings held about a year ago concerning Light Rail Stations on Folsom Blvd. It is not clear if this is the case. - From the Floor
Stan Mofjeld stated that there is a continuing problem with the walkway in Riviera East Park, which has potholes and ruts. Bonnie Domeny stated that the Cordova Recreation and Park District (CRPD) does not have money to address this. Rick Sloan, who is on the CRPD Board, stated that this is slated to be repaired, that it is an Americans with Disabilities Act situation, and that he will raise the question at the next CRPD Board meeting.
